Yay, we made it through another month. Good job sia! September has just begun and while school holidays are just for kids in school - who says we cannot have fun? Here are our 9 top recommendations for things to do this September! A Nostalgia Trip One Swing - eh Wait, Putt at a time - Pixar Putt

You got remember the mouse-turn-cook, Remy from Ratatouille? What about the damn annoying MINE MINE MINE Seagulls in Finding Nemo? Or the three-eyed aliens from Toy Story? Aside from being fond childhood memories, you can reunite with these fellas and more at Pixar Putt.

The 18-hole course lets you happy Gilmore your way through Pixar classics and recent instalments. Think Turning Red's Panda & that sibei creepy puppet from Toy Story 4.

Lanterns, Mooncakes and more Island-wide - Mid-Autumn Festivals

Unless you've been in the Upside Down, you confirm know that Mid-Autumn Festival has started. Swee lah, just like most years, the celebrations are islandwide. Feeling more atas, check out our review of Gardens By The Bay's Mid-Autumn Festival which goes on till 11 September.

Wanna stick to the heartlands - can also with Lights By the Lake 2022 at Jurong Lake Gardens till 18 September. Just want to eat mooncake? Also can! Check out Takashimaya's Mooncake fair. The fair lasts till 10 September.

Also, Sun Yat Sen Museum's Celestial Bodies has a literal moonlight that is damn cute. Celestial Bodies sticks around till 25 September.

A Panda Party without the Pandas! - Pantastic Party

Le Le - Singapore's only and hence mutually agreed favourite Panda Cub turned 1 in August and to celebrate River Wonders through a Panda-themed party - aptly called Pantastic Party. So cute! Abit funny though, because you don't see the Panda if you go for the Pantastic Party as it's pasts his bedtime. Still interested? Good, check out our guide on the event which lasts till 11 September.

Films At The Fort for the Financially Responsible - Carnival By the Bay

Eh, I say first, I'm not saying the people at Films at the Fort are all irresponsible with money. I'm saying between Carnival By the Bay and that - this won't burn a hole in your wallet one. The Carnival By The Bay boasts free film screenings, carnival games and delectable snacks.

Got catch? Got! You do have to pay for a $10 snack or games coupon per pax, plus it only happens on the 2nd and 3rd of September.

Just Pure Despicable - A Minion's Perspective Experience

Source: A Minion's Perspective Experience

The minions from Despicable Me are damn cute and after Minions: The Rise of Gru developed a literal cult following ( ackhem.. gentleminion), you'd think they'd be done. They aren't...

Alas, our pill-shaped friends are gonna show us the behind-the-scenes of the Despicable Me Franchise, let us interact with Gru's gadgets and more at A Minion's Perspective Experience.

Look out for our review of A Minion's Perspective Experience when it comes out, or check the exhibit yourself between 3 September to 2nd January 2023.

A Golfer, A Thrill-seeker & The Hulk Walk into a Room - X-scap8

You would think these three may have nothing in common. Well actually right, a bad day for a golfer might turn him/her into the hulk but what I'm getting at is X-scap8 accommodates all 3!

X-scap8 is the latest integrated fun ground that boasts a golfing simulator, a high elements course, a smash zone and many other fun-filled areas! Unlike the other places on this list, they're here to stay too, so heng ah. Still got time to Stuff Your Face - Singapore Food Festival

Image adapted from Singapore Tourism Board.

We are nearing the halfway mark for the Singapore Food Festival so there's no better time than now to fill your stomach. Need recommendations? No problem one! If you enjoy physical bazaars you can check out the Food Village which sticks around till 11 September. There are also tours, workshops (physical and virtual) and special deals with different F & B partners! Singapore Food Festival lasts till 11 September.

Little India in the Multiverse - ReRoute Festival 2022

For those culture and history buffs, I got something for you also okay! Re-Route Festival 2022 is a placemaking festival that provides visitors with alternate storytelling about Little India's district. The 3-week festival will host curated experiences, installations, programmes, and many other interactive pieces to help you connect with Little India. Damn cool! It goes on from 16 September to 9 October.

A Club That Ain't Cool but Cold

Everyone who wants to club been? Good. Then we all know how damn hot it can be to club in Singapore, but what if you could club and not break a sweat? Legit.

Well, you can - at C.L.U.P's Snow Rave on 24 September! As the name suggests, you'll be dancing along to beats at a comfortable... -7 degrees. It's one night only so do book your tickets because I heard spaces are limited!

The State of Fun got more fun - Central Beach Bazaar

Source: Mount Faber Leisure Group

While a date is yet to be confirmed, this has been in the works for quite a while so I'm damn excited it's coming this month.

Sentosa is opening a new area called Central Beach Bazaar, which from artist impressions, looks like something you'd see on every popular kid's insta.

It'll be host to the Sentosa Skyjet, an 80m Water Fountain - the tallest in ASEAN, Wings of Time, International Street Food, Carnival games and a variety of rides. Given Wings of Time's location, the place sounds like it would be pretty accessible too!
